Who We Are
Founded by Jasmine Vincent, Strengths Navigator is a coaching and advisory practice for CEOs, senior leaders, and sales leaders. We work with corporate and private clients across the Asia Pacific (Singapore, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, and Thailand) region, and our offices are in Singapore and Melbourne.
Our panel of professionally trained coaches are carefully selected based on the competency, character, and experiences needed to serve our clients. All our coaches are certified by ICF and in leading psychometric tools including CliftonStrengths and Hogan assessments. Our coaches are also experienced in working with leaders in large organisations with regional or international presence.
Our Approach
We are in the human-centric business, and our mission is to help our clients become more effective in their career and leadership, and land their intended positive impact. This is accomplished through psychometric assessments, 360° feedback, ongoing 1-on-1 coaching, and group workshops/courses. Through our collective experiences, expertise, and research in positive and organisational psychology, we found that the following development can create a significant impact on an individual and organisation's effectiveness:
Self-awareness of strengths and derailers. This includes awareness of our motivation, values, needs, underlying beliefs, blindspots, and triggers.
Other-awareness. This is beyond seeing how others behave. It is the ability to understand and appreciate why others think, feel, and behave in certain ways.
Self-regulation. We can only regulate what we are aware of. Thus, self-regulation begins with a deep understanding of ourselves and is sustained through intentional practice.
Emotional intelligence and coaching conversation techniques. When we understand our audience's mindsets and emotions, manage our triggers, and apply coaching conversation techniques, we can land our intent more effectively and maximise our opportunities for impact.
