Through professional coaching, strengths-based development and neuroscience, I help clients elevate their career, business, leadership, and life.

Hi, I’m Jasmine.

I am an Executive Coach and Advisor to CEOs, senior executives, and sales leaders across the Asia Pacific region. In my role, I help clients lead with impact and high performance and live their purpose and authentic identity. I achieve this by aligning with their strengths so they can go further and faster across all facets of their lives. In addition to working 1:1 with clients as their independent sounding board, thinking partner, listening ear, and trusted advisor, I’m the Founder of Strengths Navigator, an executive coaching and strengths-based consultancy for career, leadership, and team development.

Before coaching, I worked for 22 years in the corporate world in top global organisations in the commercial real estate and technology sectors. I have built and led high-performance and high-trust sales teams and have extensive experience dealing with revenue pressures and expectations of internal and external stakeholders. My commercial perspective and business acumen are highly valued by CEOs, senior executives, and sales leaders looking for a co-pilot to help manage their goals, challenges, time, and energy. In our coaching conversations, clients can expect warmth, authenticity, a strengths-based lens, and a strategic and pragmatic approach to unlock their full potential, maximise their impact, live their best lives, and learn to see from others’ perspectives.

Having lived and worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia, I also bring a multicultural and diversity-awareness lens to the table. Health and fitness are important pillars in my life, and outside of work, you will find me cycling the roads of Melbourne and Singapore (as I currently split my time between both cities).
